Kyle's OG Burger

Serves 4

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
(or plant-based alternative)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small sweet onion
4 burger buns
4 slices of cheddar cheese
2 tbsp Kyle’s OG Hot Sauce
1 tbsp mayo
1 tsp smoked paprika
black pepper
1 tomato, sliced
8 pickle slices
butter lettuce
boss seasoning

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Burger Patties: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with boss seasoning, black pepper, smoked paprika and finely chopped onions. Shape into 4 patties, ensuring they’re slightly larger than your buns. 2. Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together Kyle’s OG Hot Sauce and mayo. Taste and adjust for heat or tang as desired. 3. Cook the Patties: Heat the olive oil in a skillet or on a grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness. Add a slice of Canadian cheddar cheese during the last minute of cooking to melt. 4. Toast the Buns: While the patties cook, toast the burger buns in a separate pan until golden brown. 5. Assemble the Burger: Spread a generous amount of the Sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Place the cooked patty on top, then add a few slices of tomato, sliced pickles & fresh lettuce. 6. Serve: Top with the other half of the bun, serve immediately, and enjoy the heat of Kyle’s OG Hot Sauce!

 


Black Garlic Bruschetta
with Vortex Black Garlic Paste

(A rich, umami-packed twist on a classic)

Ingredients
For the Topping:
1 pint cherry tomatoes diced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Vortex Black Garlic Paste
1 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
roasted corn
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
6 fresh basil leaves, chopped
1 tbsp balsamic glaze

For the Bread:
1 baguette, sliced
into ½-inch thick pieces
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, halved

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Topping • In a bowl, combine diced cherry tomatoes, corn, olive oil, Vortex Black Garlic Paste, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. • Let sit for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. • Just before serving, stir in fresh basil. 2. Prepare the Bread • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). • Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter and olive oil. • Toast for 5-7 minutes until golden and crisp. • While warm, rub each slice with the cut side of a garlic clove for extra flavor. 3. Assemble & Serve • Spoon the black garlic tomato mixture onto each toasted baguette slice. • Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with extra basil if desired. Serving Suggestions • Pair with a glass of red wine (like Chianti or Pinot Noir). • Top with burrata or fresh mozzarella for extra richness. • Add a drizzle of honey for a sweet-savory contrast.

Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Rub thighs with olive oil, salt, and pepper. 3. Bake for 30 minutes, basting with Liquid Gold in the final 10 minutes. 4. Garnish with fresh herbs. Serve with jasmine rice or flatbread.
